Michael Glasser is an endurance athlete living out of Pitt Meadows, BC, Canada. Originally born in the province of Saskatchewan in the city of Saskatoon, his family made the move out to Vancouver, BC in the spring of 1989. Michael grew up playing team sports from a young age and continued to do so into his early thirties. When Michael turned 30 it was then that triathlons peeked his interest, always being determined and desired to set the bar higher and push beyond his comfort zones, the world of endurance sport was exactly what he was looking for.

Since then Michael has continued to challenge himself by tackling longer distances, always looking to raise the bar and push himself further than he ever has before. His love for the sport has grown and is evident in his determination and commitment to becoming better everyday.

Michael is a husband to his beautiful wife Kaitlin and a father to their 2 children (3 counting their dog), their daughter Kennedy Gray, their son Wyatt Terrence Gordon and their family dog Kaine. Michael is a online marketer/affiliate marketer, aspiring firefighter and emergency medical responder with BC Ambulance Service.

Outside of his career, training and racing, Michael loves to spend quality time with his family and looks to create a positive ripple effect through everyone he meets. Both himself and his wife have a non-profit organization, operationHOPE that they started a few months after they met in 2011. Giving back and helping others is equally important to both of them.
